All payments must be in Cash (at TBG's offices in Connecticut), Cashier's or Certified Check, Federal Wire Transfer of immediately available funds or a Corporate Check accompanied with a bank letter of guarantee. CREDIT CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED AS PAYMENT TOWARDS INVOICES. Without limiting TBG's discretion, no corporate checks without a bank guarantee and no personal checks will be accepted. No title shall pass to Buyer until the total purchase price and all Taxes have been paid to TBG in collected funds. |
